I just found out through this site that in some countries they have to pay customs charges.
I sent a quilt to Scotland and did not know this. I put the value as to the costs of the materials and I am sure they had to pay. Ouch!
What kind of a gift-giver am I?
Now I am making another quilt and am going to make it so they don't have to pay customs.
