do you need the recipe for a bread machine or are you gonna make it from scratch? two different things.
i've made bread machine bread for such a long time [whole wheat, of course] that i don't know how to make regular bread anymore. everybody loves my bread and i've given the recipe out numerous times.
amma is right, about the gluten. i've also added a little soy or flax flour to the mix
