I don't think there is any "set" date, but I thought I read somewhere that we can post our monthly finished picture on around the 25th of the month. I might have dreamt that, tho.

That date would motivate me to make sure I got something done to show. But nobody is going to arrest you if you don't get it done on time, at least I don't think so!!!!
