I've been monitoring this for several weeks and enjoy it so well that I had to join this quilting site. I'm a 61yr. old, work part time in nursing, take care of my husband with a disability and my 89 yr. old mom. I'm still a beginner at quilting, mostly I enjoy piecing. There hasn't been a day that I haven't read a comment or tip or personal sharing that hasn't left me wiser, or touched in a special way. After God, my family is everything but some days I need to decompress and I enter the forum knowing "my girls" will contribute something that smoothes away the rough edges of the day and help me find myself back in positive spirits.
