I found this board yesterday and spent far too much time reading ;-)
So I thought I better registrate. Still have to find my way around here but I'll get there, probably with some questions along the way :roll:

I'm Dya from the Netherlands, a 60 yr. old secretary, who's enjoying early retirement. My DGC are Jesse, 10 yr, Tessa, 8 yr old.
I share my home with 3 cats and Amy, an almost 5 yr old French bulldog, (such a sweetie).

My 'plan' was to spent much time quilting as I have that time now, but unfortunately my joints, esp shoulders, were giving me such a hard time that I needed a lot of therapy to get 'things' moving properly again. And just as I thought I could re-start, I got a bacterial infection in my left hand, that took over 3 month to respond to medication,
Soooooooo, I hardly dare say it out loud, but I'm ready to start again .
I guess this makes me an old newbie :P
