It started for me in my twenties and I am now 50. At times it is so painful I can't even touch my skin. I take Lyrica and go to a pain Pychologist and pain clinic.It is true that it is best to keep moving. A friend of mine has it and goes to aquacise. She finds it works well. I just had a very bad spell of it and wanted to cut my legs off. Some days are good and some are bad. I feel for your daughtr so much as it is a tiring affliction and she has the little one.
