Hiya Drea, welcome to the club, cos that is how I feel quilters are, in one big club as everyone is just so helpful, generous with help and oh so kind. There is a heap of free information on the web, including this forum so don't rush into buying books, yet.

but I cheated, well sort of, I bought a kit cos I wasn't really happy with my cutting, in fact it frightened me at first. I was so chuffed with that quilt I was hooked for life.
