I have an Elna 8007 bought maybe 6 to 8 years ago, and I love it. I have thought about trading up but its such a good machine that I have deceided to keep it til it dies. It does every stitch imaginable and came with a quilting package. Before that was a Kenmore that I purchased at Sears and had that for at least 10 years. All the machines are good, just a matter of trying them and seeing what you like best. Happy Quilting.
