Hi-welcome from another Southern Californian! Where are you? I'm in Ramona (North-east San Diego). I use to lay them out on my queen sz bed, which works fine for quilts that are small enough NOT to hand over the sides, but I just got a Fonz & Porter design wall (50% off!) which is gridded on the back side and this flannel-like on the other side which is see-thru. Blocks stick really well, but it is no larger than my queen bed top. I use it in my sewing area which is more convenient than having to keep going into the bedroom!
