You can donate it to your local Children's Service Division at the local Welfare office. Where I live I know that they take donations of stuff and a sewing machine could maybe help a young mother that is trying to get her kids back or has just gotten them back. Sometimes the Planned Parenthood will take donations. I am sure that you will find a good home for it. :) Even schools can use them. I know with all the budget cuts they keep making for the schools that some schools cant afford to buy or replace the ones that they have. Good Luck on whereever or whomever you donate it to. :)
