I'm just learning to quilt, so I don't need to make an investment in EQ, but I'm currently taking a class and we're making a log cabin quilt. I'm finding that I've spent a lot of time in Powerpoint trying to see what different variations of the colors and placement of the blocks will look like. It's kind of a pain doing this in Powerpoint. Would I be able to just create a block in Quilt Design Wizard - like a log cabin - then change the colors and duplicate the blocks and rearrange them? I hope I'm making sense!

The Quilt Design Wizard is much less expensive than EQ, so I'm hoping it will suit my needs for now.

Thanks!
