I LOVE making pillowcases from this tutorial. I like to make flannel cases and matching pj bottoms for Christmas. Every year everyone is ready for another set and like to see what new prints each will get.
A couple of years ago we made up "fun" cases for our troops that are in the hospital in Germany. It was from another forum. She is a school teacher and makes it her class's project. The kids love to make them with their hand prints.
I bought my serger so I could zip them out quickly.
