I totally agree with you that "old" is relative. Depends on where you are.
How do those shops survive if they specialize in something like cat fabrics? That seems odd to me. Shops need to serve a wide variety of customers in order to survive. Must be a lot of cat lovers in that neighborhood. LOL.
