No, they just started offering a Padded Flat Rate Envelope (they are white w/blue trim)...it's the $4.95 rate to ship them.

You can order them for free for delivery to your home...but the post offices will not be stocking them, like they do the other priority mail boxes/envelopes.

I think they just wanted to be able to offer them at their post office, even though they aren't suppose to have them stocked there....so my thinking, is if I do a good deed and bring them some, then they will let me send my "stuffed" envelopes without giving me a hard time....hehehe
