Anyway, the one I made myself is 10" wide, and only 6" top to bottom. I wish I would have made mine longer. I origanally made it just to put my phones in so I didn't have to hurry for the phone. Now I try to carry more in it and stuff falls out, so the next one I make will be longer. And from the ruler you have there, that looks like a nice length. I did put elastic in the straps because I keep my arm a little lower in front so the controls go under my desk, and without the elastic, it keeps sliding forward. But if she keeps the arms level or tilted back a smidge it should work perfectly.
