I have a Voyager 17 and Hinterberg frame, quilt for American Hero Quilts who take 100 quilts a month to Madigan Military Hospital in Tacoma, Washington. I have finished quilting 5 already this year and hope to do 100 for our wounded who come to Madigan. I receive tops and backs, and batting if I need it from Sue @ Vashon, WA. I quilt and machine bind the quilts and send them back to her. I hope to be able to drive our motor home up there in the spring so I can meet this dear lady.
I have quilted since my first piece done by hand when I was 12 yrs old. My, THAT is 70 years ago!!!!!

Hi Phyllis: I am "only" 72 yrs. young and am a fairly new quilter, but love it. I'm as healthy as a horse (as mama used to say), so I should be still quilting at 82. God bless you for all you do....and, all I can say is stay with it girl!
