Either of the pinks would work very well. I agree the darkest would frame it, but sometimes you want the binding to disappear. I usually avoid white for binding because this is the area of a quilt that is subjected to the most wear & white fabric tends to get dirty or seems to wear out quickly (maybe the lack of color makes it weak?). For me, it would have to be a very special quilt to get a white binding!
