I just love butter tarts I will have to try these. It takes be back to when I was a kid. my nana & great annie used to make them especially when I would travel to Scotland every summer with my Nana. They would always make a bunch before we came home. when I first started going there with her the only way was to cross the pond by ship.my Aunt always made enough so that there was something to snack on in our roomand some to bring home to my dad. They used to make another type of tart that was really creamy it had strawberries (or raspberries)depending what was in season It was cremefresh or creamcheese do have anything like that thanks AuntPatti
