Well, I figured it was about time I stopped in to say hello. I have been lurking for a bit, and must tell you that I have got some great advice already. The group on this board seems like family. You are all so friendly and helpful.
I have only been quilting for a few months, and already have the addiction. I have never sewed before this except for cross stitch and crochet. I am completely self taught, and I know I have a whole lot more to learn. I have enclosed three pics. The yellow and purple quilt is my very first quilt and is full of mistakes, but it was so much fun. The star quilt is my third quilt which is also full of mistakes, and the pink, green and brown is the one I am currently working on. The sun was shining pretty bright in the window, so it's not a great pic.
I love reading the messages on the board, and I look forward to getting to know all of you, and joining in the quilt family.
