http://www.quiltingboard.com/t-40412-1.htm not quilted yet I'm afraid! I would say definitely use the fray check (I didn't, nightmare!) and don't chose a pattern with too small pieces or points. Otherwise, I was really pleased with the end result although I can't say that I found the process very fulfilling! The dog learnt some new vocabulary though! :mrgreen: NB the silk I used in the blocks was the thick kind, and the black was a silky fine silk/hemp blend. Both frayed like stink. ;-)
