i include care instructions on my label...
name of quilt, made by, city, state, date; any pattern used or other pertinent info and care instructions/fiber content...
example:
quilt top 100% cotton
hobbs 80-20 blend batting
backing poly fleece
machine wash cold on gentle cycle, tumble dry medium heat.
or...
100% cotton fabrics, batting, thread
machine wash cold, gentle- tumble dry low or hang to dry.
what ever the case may be, but any quilt i am parting with have instuctions and fiber content included on the label
