If it were *me* I would buy a set of:

Chinese Red (or Fire Red)
Kelly Green (because green is hard to match for me)
Lemon Yellow
Brilliant Blue
Black

Soda Ash
Squirt Bottles
Urea (so you don't get speckly reds)
