did you try www.findmyfabric.com, it allows you to scan the fabric in and search for it?
"P.S. If anyone knows where I can get more of the blue fabric, please let me know! I have Googled it and even have a thread here on the board, but can't find it. I'm probably going end up using a different fabric to finish this quilt, but it sure doesn't hurt to ask"
