Yes, it is a Singer 1903 Pheasant decal Model 27. It has a 6 drawer oak cabinet with lotus blossom flower carvings. I love it and it works perfectly. I don't use it as often as I should but love it when I get a chance to. Mary, keep working on yours and it will become a beautiful swan. My DH worked on mine until it was what we wanted.
