I slipped yesterday but back at it today. Had oatmeal and fresh fruit for breakfast, lunch was tuna salad, dinner was spicy chicken soup and baked tortilla strips.
Tru sorry to hear about your headache and sour back. Take it easy just rest tomorrow will be better I hope.
