Congratulations! They are beautiful!
As far as caring for them when they get dusty, etc. I was taught to drape them on a clothes line in the shade, or find a patch of grass where animals aren't likely to roam and lay them out for about 30 minutes or so. The chlorophyll in the grass is a natural freshener. Also, you could put them in your dryer on air dry and delicate, use a small piece of a softener sheet if you're so inclined.
I did notice the fold lines in the photos - you'll want to refold them every month in a new fold pattern - quilts often fray and deteriorate along the fold lines if left for a long time, the folds have the most stress on the fiber and will break along those lines.

Congratulations! Enjoy!
