My DGD did one and the pattern was "Charms Thursday" free download of the Moda site. I'm in the process of doing a Wedding Quilt that is a Star Sampler (random free star patterns of various websites) in black and white. A friend of mine did a black and white log cabin, which was quite stunning. Almost any pattern can be adapted to using black and white. There are so many black and white prints/white and black prints out there. Have fun and pictures please when done! SORRY for the double post!
