I did call the shop and am planning on taking it in either Friday or Saturday - just hate to be without it now - glad I kept my old machine so I can still sew!!! I have tried everything - just did the drop feed - still no movement. The repairman at the QS thought that maybe something wasn't tightened properly at the factory - hope it is just something simple.
