I'm sorry you're having trouble with your new 6600. I have that machine and love it! The one time I had that happen to me, it's because I sewed over a pin and it was stuck down in the bobbin casing. I didn't even realize I had sewn over it. It was quite a pain extracting it too. Hope it's something simple and easy to fix.
