I went thru a period of buying old quilting magazines on Ebay, at thrift stores, etc. Now, i'm trying to read thru them all, copy articles that have info or patterns I want and store them. I hadn't thought about scanning and storing electronically, but really that would make the most sense.

I also keep sewing books and am hot to buy Threads magazine archives on DVD, have been aced out twice on Ebay, I may either have to increase my bid or pay full price ($149). I hope to regain about half the invest in reselling the magazines, but who knows.

Thank you for the sites you mentioned. I have a full 200 book wish list on Paperbackswap (PBS) and you'd be surprised how often quilting books come up. I know most of the ones I put up usually go with a couple of days of posting.
