This is to funny, she couldn't get her tensioner on and I couldn't get mine off!! lol


There is a screw that is on the side of the machine that you can tighten and it will hold it in its place. If your looking at the machine like you are going to sew on it if you look under the arm on the right side of the tensioner you will see a small hole. That is where the screw is. Just take your finger and push the tensioner in and tighten the screw and your good to go!!
