My husband and I were in Naples - once~! Spent a week at my aunt and uncle's home (which they have since sold). Had a wonderful time there. Went to Publix practically every day and bought a key lime pie. Devoured them every day. Got to Tin City - went to the Pewter Mug several times for their ground sirloin burger and the sweet potato!!! Actually, I made a memory quilt for my husband and hand embroidered the State of Florida with a satin stitched Sweet potato on it. Memory!!!!!

I have heard that it has changed quite a bit since we were there. We had watched a show on our PBS channel with Bob Vila (This Old House). So the first thing we did when we got there was to see the house that he and the crew renovated. It was a cracker house in Old Naples. From Boston (where the show originated from) to St. Paul (where we live) to Naples (to where it was renovated). Ain't life grand??????? I learned why they are named cracker houses. Very interesting.

Just a story from the Tundra! Hey, I hear Duluth and International Falls has it really cold, like -40*? I was out this AM and it was -15*. The inside of the car in the garage was +2*.
