I do not really like the taste of coffee so i normaly drink hot chocolate or warm tea in the mornings. Nothing to drink or eat allowed in the sewing room, but usually have iced tea (decaf) upstairs. That's how I get my exercise, going up and down the stairs to get my drink. Afternoons I switch to water with lime juice added.
