Thanks for all of the ideas, everyone. I had to use what I have on hand, since the baby is sleeping I can't leave the house (and really want this to be fixed by noon so I can bring it to Granny for our lunch date), so I diluted some bleach and used q-tips. It seems to have done the trick - there wasn't a whole lot of it all over, just 5 or 6 spots, and the two I showed pics of were the worst. It's back in the wash now, with a couple of old white sheets - hopefully they will act like a Color Catcher (since I can't find them to save my life), and if there is any left over bleeding, they will get it instead. I'll give it a thorough check before putting it in the dryer again...
