I posted this a while ago as a top - now it's quilted! I had nowhere in the house big enough to hang it so it's now hanging over the road in our Village Hall! I was talking to the Chairman one night about how much I'd like to hang it there but the only wall space large enough was over the entrance to the snooker room and that is where the portrait of the Queen and Prince Phillip hangs - well he said to me " We'll move the bloomin' Queen!" :lol: Don't tell her, she'll probably lock me in the Tower of London! :mrgreen:
Anyway, today we hung it and here are some pics. It is made using the one block wonder technique - for more info on these types of quilts, check out the Topic List here
