Someone mentioned about the eggs not being cooked in one of the recipes on page 1, you can use the liquid eggs in the dairy section of the supermarket, they have been pasturized so they are safe to use in recipes that doesn't require cooking.
G-maw: I haven't looked at the recipe on page 1 but will as soon as I finish writing this but I'm glad to have your suggestion as I was just looking at a recipe a couple days ago and chose NOT to use it because the eggs called for in the recipe were uncooked. Never thought of using the dairy section liquid eggs. Thank you for the tip. I learn so much from all of you! :)
