It seems like I am always out of my comfort zone,lol. I barely know how to use ky machine, so any related activity is a challenge to me, but I do enjoy the experiences. I am a believer that getting out of one's comfort zone not only introduces us to new things that otherwise we may not have realized we enjoy, but also gives us a great sense of accomplishment.
