i'd pick a brown tonal type fabric already used in the quilt - cut it about 1.5 inch - 2 inches wide...Then use the lighter color in your quilt for a border about 4-5 inches wide. I'd do maybe just 2 rows of border because your center is your focal point.

For the binding, i'd be tempted to do something like i did below...I'm finishing this up and absolutely have fallen in love w/ the way this border and binding have come out..
