I have on more than one occasion been intimidated by someone that makes me lose sleep. If I can't figure out a way to solve it, or even if I do but I think someone of importance needs to know I will write to the Attorney General. They have been very helpful many times. You don't have anything to recover but I would send off a copy of the reply with an explanation and just let them know what kind of tactics this company uses. I live in WA but I would guess that you would contact the AG in your state. It's worth a try and it only costs you a stamp hopefully for some peace of mind.
