So I've come to think that I might possibly have a caffeine addiction. I took notice back in December, but it was quickly fixed with Earl Grey Tea and soda.
Then I started back at school, started drinking the Ice Chai, and last weekend and this weekend, when I don't have the tea, I get severe headaches.
At first I thought I was dehydrated, so I've been drinking water and what not to reverse that. That did nothing, so then I talked to my Mom and Dad about it and they both think it might be the caffeine intake. Chai tea has a very high caffeine rating, higher than most coffee. I say that because I've tried drinking coffee and it only helps a bit.
Last weekend I thought I had a cold but that was not it, and this weekend my headaches returned, and Motrin as barely helped....
Should I ride it out and not take in anymore caffeine? Will this help?
