If you are talking about an ear that is full of wax and therefore "stuffed," there is an inexpensive product called Debrox that works very well. Once that has been used to soften the wax, you can gently flush the ear with a rubber bulb and warm water. I do this often as I have heavy ear wax that accumulates and is annoying.
