Well you are in a bit of a pickle aren't you? It is Friday here already! Good thing you are in a different time zone! I don't have a pattern but my MIL made one for me that was a giant dresden plate....just the plate part so it had a scalloped edge. It would be quick because when she put the back on she placed right sides together and it turned under all those edges. She put a little lace in there too I think. Then she turned it right side out and the circle where the trunk goes is turned under and top stitched with bias tape to make a little tie. Each section was a cherry Christmas print.
