I've had mine for over 2 years and LOVE the 24/7/365 real person tech service...even for just getting help with tension (every LA has a learning curve for tension!). It has proven to be huge competition for Gammill (Gammill even lowered the price of their 18" machine to compete with ABM's Innova). The Innova is built to commercial standards and is so reliable and easy to use. Every problem I've had (not very many) has been my lack of knowledge about longarming! There are also 3 yahoo groups for the Innova. Those groups are a great place to find out what problems you can expect with all the different LA. I was going to buy a Gammill when I found the Innova and completely fell in love...helps that the "extras" on the Gammill were standard with the Innova!!!
