This morning my husband had a brain storm this morning when he saw my big self-healing rotary cutting mat. He said, "You ought to get another one of those for the kitchen. That would a make a great cutting board." That got me thinking about a Pampered Chef mat that I used to have to roll out pie crusts on...it would be great for that also and a heck of a lot less expensive. Might just have to try it!
