So sorry to hear that your new machine has such trouble. Since you got it on ebay, you can file a claim for the machine, or get the seller to take it back and start over. It will be cheaper than looking for white parts and a motor. A motor is easily changed out, even repainted and authentic ones in black go for around $50., sometimes even less. The repair on the mounting bracket is the costly item. here. I sell machines all the time on ebay and I can assure you, I have never had one arrive in such terrible condition. Packing correctly eliminates most problems, in all my experiences I have had exactly 1 machine arrive with a problem, it was a bent spool pin easily remedied. :cry:
