Jetnica..took advantage of my January special and sent me this quilt and gave me creative freedom.
I quilted this on my INNOVA. All free hand no Pantos, or computer quilting. I used varigated thread on top..white on the bottom.
I decided to make all of those fushia HST little feathers..and where they joined up in the four patches of fushia they got little SNS of feathers. I used the same varigated thread in her border to make feathers...I knew it would be OK with her quilt..I probably would have gone more conservative and to a white thread on others..but I love how they mesh together.
