I have recently acquired two featherweights but have only sewed on one. Have just been eyeballing the quarter inch as I was working on scrapquilt foundation squares, foundation being deli-paper. I do, however have the see-through plasticscrew-on foot that I used on my old Elna for 42 yrs. and re: the sidebar foot, I do not like it at all. Forgot that I also have the magnetic guide that I sometimes used on the Elna and almost started to use it on my computerized machine, when the lightbulb went off in my head and stopped me. The see-through is my fave.
