We learned to do this in Quilt Guild a few years ago and it works. I've wanted to do a tutorial myself to share it, but haven't had the time, patience, or photographic equipment.
(I like the suggestion to add extra width to make sewing them to the quilt easier. It's pretty close quarters without it.)
As one who has done a baby quilt with individual points made by hand, this is a God-send! :thumbup: :thumbup: :thumbup:
