Trace the pieces onto fusible web then rough cut around the pieces.

Match up pieces with fabric using the photo as a guide.

Fuse the pieces to the back of the fabric and cut out on the lines.

Score the paper and remove from the pieces ready to fuse. Leave the number on the back until actually ready to fuse that piece.

Cover the pattern with a sheet of parchment paper on your ironing board. You should be able to see the pattern underneath the parchment. You will be fusing to the parchment following the pieces underneath. Be sure to pin the parchment to the pattern so it won't move.

Almost ready to lift off the parchment and fuse to the background. Still have to do the collar and tag and the light colored pieces are too light so I will use Tsukineko ink to darken it a bit. It is also important to make sure that htere are no holes or cracks between the pieces. You should be able to hold up the piece on the parchment to the light and check for any problem areas. More to come on the finishing.
