Is snow normal for you in Japan? Do you usually have these cold temperatures?
Snow and these cold temps are normal for northern Japan. Aomori City, which is about two hours north from us got hit last Sunday with 51 inches of snow in a 24 hours period. And it can snow here until late April, they even had snow in May before.
